As an innovative hospitality company, we do things differently in order to change the hospitality industry in a positive way. We have to, as we see big threats moving toward our beloved industry. We can’t and won’t neglect much-needed innovation. We turn traditional business models upside down and create our own. We’re not scared to be a bit rebellious, and we love to ‘color outside the lines.’ Apart from this, we love to broaden our horizon through consulting already-existing hospitality concepts in concept development, operations, marketing & PR. We carry out profit sharing among our teams and are the first restaurateurs in the Dutch hospitality industry to implement this. Furthermore, we will continue to develop our renewed hospitality HR-model to retain and attract much-needed talent!
What did we achieve?
Since our inception, we have achieved remarkable milestones. In 2016, we opened our award-winning brand Pesca, and in 2019, we broke a crowdfunding record with this concept for future growth. In 2017, we celebrated the opening of our second concept in Amsterdam named de Tulp, followed by the opening of Fiona, inspired by a renowned Mexican chef, and Lolo, an over-the-top Italian concept. After that we opened two hotel concepts (THIS HO(S)TEL and Boutique Hotel Zaan). In 2022 we opened our second store of Pesca in Rotterdam in collaboration with Borealis and Hilton and we launched the ‘Stadsoase’ in Eindhoven.
What’s next?Â
Our focus has always been and will be on the (international) growth of Pesca and the development of new strategic brands in the Netherlands, with a handful of hospitality concepts already lined up.
In 2023 Pesca will open its first international experience and we will open Selva and Sonora, two groundbreaking new concepts set to revolutionize the 24th floor of nhow Amsterdam RAI in collaboration with NH Hotelles. Furthermore we are excited to announce our recent partnership with Meliá Hotels International. This exciting collaboration has led us to acquire three exceptional F&B outlets in the renowned INNSiDE by Meliá hotel in Amsterdam where we will create the concepts MOST, Tierra and Hasta La Vista Baby on the rooftop.
