The Pesca Foundation amplifies our efforts by funding initiatives that support ocean health and advocate for responsible fishing practices. Since our founding, we’ve celebrated remarkable milestones: in 2016, our groundbreaking concept was honored as the Best Hospitality Concept. In 2018, we set a national crowdfunding record, propelling our growth across the Netherlands and paving the way for international expansion.

We’re excited to announce that Pesca Nice opened its doors at the beginning of March, and we’re eagerly preparing for the opening of Pesca Hamburg in April 2025. Our vision is clear: to grow Pesca theatres around the world, inviting diners everywhere to join us in reimagining the future of fish and ocean sustainability.

We are excited to unveil Hasta La Vista, Baby!, a vibrant new Spanish restaurant and cocktail bar located within the INNSiDE by Meliá hotel on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. Part of our latest venture in collaboration with Meliá Hotels International, this dynamic venue is one of three food and beverage outlets we are launching, alongside the fresh lunch concept MOST and our dining restaurant, Tierra. Set across two impressive ground-floor buildings, our new offerings promise an exceptional culinary experience. We are also honored to be nominated for the Entree Award ‘Best New Rooftop’!

¡Bienvenida! For the past couple of years, Fiona has been bringing the vibrant flavors of Mexico to Warmoesstraat, offering the kind of authentic Mexican cuisine you’d usually have to travel 5,723 miles to experience.

Our authentic menu was originally set up by the renowned Mexican chef Zahie Tellez, who helped shape the flavors and techniques that define Fiona. Now, our team proudly continues this legacy. Our menu expertly blends traditional Mexican heritage with a Dutch twist.

De Tulp opened in the summer of 2017, a vibrant project we proudly developed in collaboration with JAJEM. Located in Amsterdam’s Pijp neighborhood at Marie Heinekenplein 33, De Tulp brings a lively, jungle-inspired atmosphere to the city.

Designed as an all-day and night destination, De Tulp offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks on its colorful self-service terrace or inside with live music and DJs. It’s a welcoming spot for locals and visitors alike, where everyone can soak in the energy and enjoy the tropical vibe.

In the heart of Amsterdam, Younique Concepts developed a fresh take on the traditional hostel experience. This unique and modern getaway redefines simplicity with minimalist, efficiently designed rooms tailored for travelers with a maximalist spirit for adventure. It’s more than just a place to sleep; it’s a destination to gather with friends, savor delicious food, and experience the vibrancy of the city in comfort.

Each cube features a cozy double bed, climate control, and convenient amenities like a USB port, offering guests a chance to unwind and escape the bustling energy of Amsterdam. Simple, stylish, and thoughtfully convenient, it is a perfect nocturnal hideaway, designed for comfort and urban exploration. Adding to the experience, Fiona, our vibrant Mexican eatery, is located right within the hostel, offering guests a taste of authentic cuisine and a lively atmosphere.

Younique Concepts proudly created the concept for Boutique Hotel Zaan, a homelike hotel inspired by the diversity and originality of the surrounding scenes. The hotel was designed to feel vibrant, cozy, and welcoming—like a true home away from home. It’s a place where guests come together to enjoy good food, great company, and meaningful conversations.

From the moment you walk through the front door, the warm and inviting atmosphere speaks for itself. Boutique Hotel Zaan features 25 beautifully designed rooms, a restaurant with a bar, and a spacious terrace along the river Zaan, offering stunning views of De Zaanse Schans. Although we are no longer involved in its operations, we’re proud of the vision we helped bring to life.
