About Pesca – Theatre of Fish
Pesca has revolutionized the seafood dining experience. Launched in Amsterdam, Pesca replaced the traditional restaurant model with a dynamic “Theatre of Fish”, featuring a daily fresh fish market, dynamic pricing to prevent food waste, and a vibrant wine market experience.
As part of our international growth under parent company Younique Concepts we are now seeking a driven leader to build out Pesca’s presence, brand success, and sales growth in Hamburg, Germany.
The Role
As the Marketing & Sales Manager Pesca in Germany, you will hold a key role in making Pesca Hamburg a household name and the go-to destination for seafood lovers, corporate gatherings, and high-profile events.
In this role, you will lead localized marketing campaigns, cultivate strong PR and influencer networks, and actively drive B2B sales and group bookings. You will be the primary bridge between local clients, media, local partners, and the central headquarters in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
– Drive local brand awareness for Pesca Hamburg by executing creative, high-impact marketing activations and campaigns tailored to the German hospitality market.
– Proactively reach out to corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and concierge networks to secure group dining, corporate events, private dinners, and full venue buyouts.
– Conceptualize, plan, and execute concept launches, brand collaborations, seasonal activations, and special events within the “Theatre of Fish”.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with German media, food journalists, PR agencies, and lifestyle influencers to generate continuous buzz and press coverage.
– Collaborate with the central marketing and creative teams in Amsterdam to ensure seamless alignment on social media content, local promotions, menu board updates, and reservation platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
– 3 to 5+ years of experience in hospitality marketing, sales, or event management in the German market (experience in food & beverage, high-volume dining, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage).
– An established professional network in Hamburg/Germany (corporate contacts, event agencies, local press, and lifestyle influencers).
– Proven track record in B2B outreach, sales negotiation, and event organization with a hands-on, result-driven approach.
– Passion for exceptional food, wine, and guest journeys. You know how to convey the magic of the “Theatre of Fish” to corporate bookers and guests alike.
– Native or fluent in German (verbal and written) and fluent in English. Dutch language skills are a plus.
